We are Courtney & Ashley “Cashney”, nice to meet you!

The Source Dance Lab is committed to providing an athletic artistic atmosphere blended with love and discipline to ensure every student succeeds to their fullest potential. From the non-competitive dancer to the ultimate athlete, there’s a place for everyone at The Source Dance Lab.

We are going into our 8th year at The Source Dance Lab located in Palisades Park NJ & our 3rd year at our second location “The Source Central,” in Old Bridge, NJ. We are both college graduates with degrees in Education and Special Education, but both fell in love with our passion for dance and opened up The Source. Courtney comes from a dance background, previously signed with Cleat Talent Agency, New York and trained by the Royal Academy of Dance, the England chapter, in Ballet. Ashley comes from both a dance, cheer, and sports background, certified in US Gymnastics and cheered on her National Winning College Team Level 6. With credits also including, Kelly Rowland, Ja Rule, KTU, and numerous National/Regional/International award winning choreographers.

The Source Dance Lab is extremely excited to provide professional training from toddlers to adults in the community with a place to properly learn, develop, and inspire their dancing for potential years to come!
